After years, decades of suppressing the truth, the Pentagon finally realizes that the charade that the sightings are of ducks, or of fireflies, or of water towers, or of directional signals, or of flashing traffic lights, or of oncoming headlights, or of clouds, or of lightning, or of Helicopters, or of airplanes, or of ships on the horizon, or of Marijuana smugglers in a boat signaling their contact on shore, or of Pit Bull enraged red eyes at night looking at a flash light, is not going to cut it anymore with an increasingly educated and aware public who can count from one to one hundred without pausing for the next number to come to mind and can recite from memory the entire alphabet without making plenty of mistakes.
